Fitcafé is so much more than a great-tasting coffee drink. FITCAFE™ contains a combination of active ingredients that include FIBRYAN™ soluble fibre blend, herbal extracts of Garcinia cambogia & Citrus aurantium and the trace element chromium that help to increase metabolism and actively burn fat.

Fitcafé works three ways.

1. Bitter Orange and the Garcinia cambogia plant to Burn Fat. 

Bitter orange, (Citrus aurantium) has been used for thousands of years in ancient Chinese medicine. The active ingredient is synephrine. Researched for its ability to raise your metabolic rate and help your body burn fat. Each serving of FITCAFE provides 4.5 mg synephrine.

Garcinia cambogia is a natural, safe and effective extract made from the fruit of the South Asian plant Garcinia cambogia. The extract contains HCA. HCA has been shown to inhibit fat production and suppress appetite. HCA works by inhibiting the action of enzymes that convert carbohydrates into fat. Instead of energy being stored as fat HCA promotes an increase in the formation of stored energy as glycogen. As a result the increased glycogen levels signal the brain to turn off hunger signals helping to control appetite. Each serving of FITCAFE™ provides 250 mg HCA.

2. Blood Sugar Management with Chromium and Caffeine to combat food cravings.

hromium nicotinate is a mineral that helps control blood glucose levels. It regulats the movement of glucose into and out of the cells. This mineral helps insulin to burn fat, convert protein into muscle and produce energy from sugars as well as to suppress hunger symptoms through the brain “satiety center”. Each serving of FITCAFE™ provides 75 mcg of this active ingredient.

Caffeine has been shown to help inhibit high levels of serum cholesterol. It also helps to reduce fat levels in the body by utilising dietary fat in preference to glucose and stimulating both lipolysis and energy expenditure.

3. Soluble Fibre for your digestive systems to help you lose weight.

Each cup of Fitcafe contains 9 grams of natural soluble fibre. (Amazingly that's the same as you will find in 9 green apples!)

Fitcafe consists of a patented combination of natural fibres: Inulin, Nutriose®, Glucagel® Beta-Glucan and Wheat Dextrin.

Inulin is extracted from the chicory plant. This naturally occurring polysaccharide provides the preferred food for digestion by our healthy gut bacteria.

Nutriose® is a high soluble fibre food with high fibre content made from wheat. It is a natural sugar substitute which helps to extend energy release from food. Although Nutriose® is made from wheat; it does not contain appreciable amounts of gluten and provides a great source of soluble fibre which is easy on the digestive system.

Glucagel™ is a natural extract from the Barley plant which is rich in beta-glucan. Beta-glucan is another form of soluble fibre. These glucose units are connected are a slow-released energy as opposed to the rapid release effect of glucose.

Wheat dextrin is a soluble fibre which helps to maintain the health of colonic bacteria and also that of the vascular lipid composition. It is a safe, (classed as gluten free), form of soluble fibre which helps to regulate bowel movement and stool composition. These regulatory functions are very important for preventing conditions such as diarhoea or constipation which can lead to more serious problems.

Recommended Dosages

Take 2 sachets per day for the first 3 days, followed by 1 sachet a day for maintenance.

Directions for Use

Empty one sachet into a mug with a little cool water. Stir to dissolve contents. Fill the mug with hot water and stir. Enjoy.
